"Boston Legal"
"Dances with Wolves" the first, and so far only episode I have watched of Boston Legal. As an ardent 2nd amendment supporter, I obviously was drawn to this episode. Fortunately I live I'm a state where carrying a gun openly or concealed is legal. Albeit with a permit, which I have.
There's also no limit to the number of guns one can have concealed on their person.
I also believe that the second amendment SHOULD be my carry permit. "The right of the PEOPLE to keep and BEAR arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED." Gun control nuts always tell you "scary" supposed stats on gun deaths, but in states that allow law abiding citizens to carry guns, violent crimes DECREASE.
Supposed "gun control" laws only penalize law abiding citizens. It does NOT stop the criminals from obtaining and carrying guns. Us law abiding citizens should be on a level playing field.
I take my right to carry a gun very seriously. And I hope to God I never have to use it in a self defense situation and take another's life. Believe it or not, that's how most of us gun carriers feel.

An open letter to Patriots.
I am writing to you, fellow liberty lovers, disheartened and well, quite saddened. I read the news everyday, news of people being told to remove their American flag from their property. Schools telling children to not wear shirts with the American flag on them. The director of the supposed “Homeland Security” praising a mayor of a major city in the U.S. for his “Big Brother” like video surveillance grid, the federal government suing a County Sheriff.
What happened to America? The land of the free and the home of the brave? We are not free any longer. We are watched, monitored, tracked, micro managed by the very government “We the People” elected to uphold the Constitution and protect our freedoms. The brave, the few and far between it seems, are doing their best while the majority of Americans are waiting to be told what to do by the talking head on their favorite Main Stream Media television news.
We are pacified with news stories of the “BP oil spill,” and the latest celebrity gossip or foible. “Reality” shows litter the airwaves on primetime television, when they are the farthest things from it.
Reality? Mexican drug cartels crossing our southern border illegally, killing Americans, threatening American law enforcement officials. Illegal immigrants are demanding equal protection under the law, the law that they are breaking to stay here.
Reality? A “president” of the United States who has yet to stop campaigning, who bows to foreign leaders, who can’t seem to stop apologizing around the world for something the U.S. supposedly did. A “president” and first “lady” that seem ashamed of the great Nation that they are supposed to represent.
Reality? The federal government taking over more and more of the private sector; the auto industry, the mortgage industry, the healthcare industry and so on.
Reality? American citizens are willing to sacrifice their liberties for convenience. The ridiculous measures and privacy invasion of airport “security.” The reactive airport “security.” Not to mention the violation of one’s fourth amendment rights. All of this protects us from nothing. Someone intent on causing harm on an airplane will find a way regardless of what “security” measures are in place.
Reality? You are no longer free. You are watched, tracked, monitored, listened to, searched. Is this paranoia? No! It’s all over the news! We are prisoners in our own country. If you don’t see that by now, you are blind.
Remember when you would see your friendly neighborhood police officer and he would greet you by name? I barely do. Now you have to wonder if they are going to beat you for “resisting arrest” or something else just as false and made up by the mob mentality of 2 or more “peace” officers. I personally had my foot intentionally broken in one such incident.
In the past year or so, I have seen things I thought I would never see in the United States. Military “non-lethal/less-than-lethal” weapons being used on American Civilians. Mobile “backscatter” x-ray vans that can search for whatever they want, without a warrant. Cameras EVERYWHERE. “Naked body scanners” at American airports and courthouses. “Pain Beams” being used in civilian prisons (something akin to being micro-waved). I’d rather be bruised that “cooked” on a molecular level.
Do you remember as a child or perhaps your own children, when they could go out and play in the neighborhood and you wouldn’t worry too much about them, they would be home for dinner, if not, you knew the numbers of the friends to call to get them to come home and go to bed early? The thought of a “school shooting” never even crossed your mind. When you wouldn’t even hear the word “ass” on TV? When the traditional family was something noteworthy and to be praised on sitcom television?
You wonder why children are having their own children at 12 years old? Perhaps because the moral erosion that has taken place over the last 15 or so years has hyper-sexualized everything? Do you remember?
Have you ever asked yourself why this is happening to the children of the United States now? I can tell you. We are no longer “allowed” to be parents. Some parents have just given up and let the TV raise their children. You spank your child and you could be charged with child abuse. This teaches the child no concept for consequences. The answer to that is, medicate them into submission! Send them on a “time out” to think about what they have done. Send them to their room with their computer, TV, Nintendo, cell phone, etc. Whatever it takes not to hurt their “fragile sense of self” and thereby teaching them that there are no real consequences. Don’t believe that? Look at the face of any child criminal killer when reality strikes that they are being charged as an adult and are in fact going to jail for a long time. No do over, no “second life,” no “time out.” Surprise!
What’s the point of all this? Why am I saying all this? To hopefully help you remember what used to be. As an American. As a parent. Too many have surrendered their liberties, their rights as parents to let government take care of them and their children. No hard work required. Cradle to grave. Look at the result. A mindless population of sheep and children of sheep. Tune into the TV and everything will be “ok” the government is looking out for you.
Wake up! Take your country back! Awaken from your slumber America! Take your children back! Stop playing this game! Enough is enough!
May God bless America once again. Be proud of the nation you live in! Don’t be ashamed to say “I’m an American! This is my flag and my land!” Don’t be afraid to say “These are my children and I will raise them! I will teach them right and wrong! I will instill morality! Not just ‘whatever feels good.’”
Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is in your hands not the governments!
Your children’s future is your hands as parents, be parents again!
This can be America once again! Land of the free, home of the brave.
The only thing standing in your way is you. What will you do?

H1N1 And The Vaccine: Do YOU Know The Risks?
H1N1. It's the new designer disease. You cannot read a newspaper or watch the news without some discussion about it. But did you notice something strange when it comes to the reporting of H1N1? Sure, you see death numbers when it kills someone, you hear about vaccine shortages and of new supplies. You even hear of where to go to get the vaccine, with an eager media gently nudging you to get the vaccine inside your body as soon as possible.
So what is the strange part? First of all, you never hear much about the folks who REFUSE to have this vaccine injected into their bodies, unless you catch the odd story making fun of these folks. What the news refuses to tell you is that there has not been a single H1N1 death of a person who has refused it. That's right- every single vaccine refuser is still alive and well.
Not strange enough for you? Well, how about the fact that this little bugger just appeared on the scene like magic, and there was already vaccines by three major companies ready and waiting for it. Face it, that is pretty odd if you consider that the disease must be studied, potential vaccines must go through clinical trials, potential vaccines must be approved by the FDA, and then manufacturing has to be set up with testing done on that level- ALL before the first vaccine can hit the public. This is a process that usually takes YEARS, yet there it was, right behind the disease like they rode to the party in the same car.
Stranger still is the fact that various forms of government has tried to make the vaccination mandatory. It was tried with the military, the schools, in the private work sector. One has to ask themselves why the government wants this vaccination in us so badly.
And you have to consider the history of H1N1... or the lack of it. Other diseases are studied to death and most have many theories, if not facts, as to the origination of the disease. With H1N1, there is no detailed history. Just an animal nickname that no one has taken the effort to actually substantiate. Also consider that the media has been warning us against the second and third waves of this thing. How do they know?
As you can see, H1N1 is a tad on the suspicious side. If you ask me, it is clearly man-made. How else do you explain the vaccine arriving so quickly? The million dollar question is- did the government unleash it, or did the pharmaceutical companies set it loose? Or both? Ah, the stuff of conspiracy theories...
Regardless of what you think about the suspicions and history of H1N1, the fact is clear- it is here. It seems reasonable that one should rush right out and get the vaccination coursing through their bodies as soon as possible, right?
You might want to reconsider...
Now that I have provided you with doubt over the disease itself, I would like to give you some FACTS about the vaccination. If you can still volunteer to have this stuff injected into your body after reading this, you are a better person than I am.
There are only a handful of companies manufacturing the H1N1 vaccine. The four main companies are Sanofi Pasteur, MedImmune, CSL and Novartis. In case you didn't know it, these four companies are major players in the medical field. All four have an H1N1 vaccine- they are all different, and they are all DANGEROUS. Lets examine what the minds of these companies have chosen to put into their vaccines.
Sanofi Pasteur’s vaccine contains formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is known to be a carcinogen. Now, who in their right mind would consider putting a cancer-causing compound in any form of medicine? Another ingredient in their vaccination is Triton X-100. Despite it's cool name, Triton X-100 is considered to be a reproductive toxin. Another disturbing ingredient is thimerosal, which is mutagenic for mammalian somatic cells. In English, it has the ability to alter DNA. All of this is in one vaccine!
MedImmune’s vaccine contains monosodium glutamate (MSG). You know, the stuff that all the soups are trying to get rid of. This vaccine also includes dibasic potassium phosphate and monobasic potassium phosphate. These two compounds always come with the warning "may be harmful if swallowed or inhaled." I guess MedImmune knew it was going to be an injection, so they didn't need to heed the warning.
CSL decided that potassium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium chloride would be a good set of ingredients for their vaccine. All three are considered mutagenic for mammalian somatic cells (that's triple the DNA altering substances of Sanofi Pasteur's vaccination).
By far, the most disturbing ingredient of all is that which is found in both CSL and Novartis’ vaccines- beta-propiolactone. It is a PROVEN carcinogen by OSHA and is toxic to kidneys, lungs, liver, and digestive system. It is also corrosive to skin and eyes on contact. Then of course, there is the monobasic sodium phosphate and sodium taurodeoxycholate to contend with. Both are considered “slightly hazardous” in cases of contact with skin, eyes, ingestion, or inhalation.
During the clinical trials conducted by the makers of said products, it was noted that the following reactions occurred: headache, nasal congestion, cough, rhinorrhea, pharyngolaryngeal pain, reactogenicity event, diarrhea, back pain, upper respiratory tract infection, viral infection, lower respiratory tract infection, myalgia, and muscle spasm. Once the products were released onto the market, the following unsolicited adverse events occurred: dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, transient thrombocytopenia, lymphadenopathy, anaphylactic shock, serum sickness, neuralgia, paresthesia, convulsions, encephalopathy, neuritis or neuropathy, transverse myelitis, Guillian-Barre syndrome, vasculitis with transient renal involvement, pruritis, uticaria, rash, influenza-like illness, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Epistaxis, and brachial neuritis.
Now I ask you, does this sound like a vaccine you should be putting in your body? The ingredients I have mentioned above have absolutely no proven reason to be in this vaccine. NONE. Yet they are included. One has to ask why? An even better question is why the FDA would approve such outlandish, dangerous and non-needed compounds in a vaccine.
I urge you to reconsider putting this inside your body. Parents, I beg you to consider these ingredients and side effects before putting this poison into your children! You only have one body- don't let anyone con you into poisoning it.

The history your kids learn is about to change- and not for the good!
What happened to America? What happened to patriotism? Have you noticed that there is not as many American flags flying about these days? Have you noticed that politicians all over America- even local politicians- are trying to kill America from the inside? They are doing it slowly, so you probably don't notice.
Take education, for instance. Did you know only two States are largely responsible for what is taught in the other forty eight? Those states are California and Texas. It may sound far-fetched, but it is most definitely the truth. The reason is simple, if you think about it; those two States are the largest buyers of textbooks. The folks who make textbooks are a business. They don't just produce whatever your school wants to have added- they mass produce textbooks. Naturally, as any other business, they lean towards what their biggest customers want and the rest are forced to go along. It's not personal, it is strictly business.
Of course we all know California is a screwed up State on many levels- financially, socially, politically and morally. They have been screwing up history books for years. Our saving grace has always been Texas. Texas has been a bastion for love of freedom and American values. Because they are so different than California, and because there are multiple companies producing textbooks, our schools have been able to choose the "Texas versions" over the "California versions." It has even been a plus the last few years, since California is so broke, they haven't purchased many new textbooks.
Well, BAD NEWS, folks. The Progressives have penetrated Texas, and the history books are about to be rewritten yet again. This time, it is going to be BAD. The Texas State Board of Education, comprised of only 15 people are about to vote on making some revisions to what will be included- or omitted- from their textbooks. Make no mistake about it- whatever new history books come out of Texas WILL filter out to the rest of the country within a few short years.
Are you sitting down? If not, you might want to, because I am about to let you in on the proposed changes. If you are a true American- regardless of your political alignment- you will be furious. History is history- you shouldn't change it, regardless of what happened. For your reading pleasure (gag):
* Probably the most alarming proposed changed is the removal of the word "American," and in it's place putting the words "global citizen." You read that right. I've been catching heat from the left about my views on global government, but even the left would have to admit that this looks fishy. We ARE Americans, for goodness sake! What is the purpose of this, if not to steal the pride of being an American from our children?
* Strike another one up for those who want to remove God from our culture- they are going to vote to remove all references to Christmas. I know there are those who think religion should be separated from education, but there ARE historical events associated with Christmas. For instance, do you remember WWII, when the Americans and the Germans in the trenches laid down their arms and celebrated Christmas TOGETHER, then resumed fighting after the festivities? This is an important lesson, because it teaches humanity above all, even in the face of combat. How about recent history? The underwear bomber chose Christmas as his day to attack, er, to TRY to attack. Let's not forget the fact that you cannot argue away the importance of God during the founding of this country- His name is all over our founding documents.
* Speaking of religion, while voting on removing Christmas, they will also be voting on including the Hindu holiday of Diwali. You know, because of the huge impact this holiday has made on our society. Note the sarcasm here.
* They will also be voting to remove references to Daniel Boone, General George Patton, and Nathan Hale. Can you imagine why they would want to do this? There must be some reason why they don't want our children to know that, throughout history, there are people who have risked their lives for the freedom of others. Could it be that if our children grow up without people like these to look back on, they will be less likely to rise up for freedom in their own time? That's the only reason I can think of- if you have a less ominous explanation, please share!
* How about removing Columbus Day from the textbooks? I'm not sure how far this one goes. They mention removing "Columbus Day," which is a holiday, but I could gather no insight as to if they were also considering removing the whole historical experience of Columbus. Either way, you have to wonder why.
* They are also considering the inclusion of the cultural impact of hip-hop music. This one I am OK with, as long as the cultural impact of rock and roll is still included. Like it or hate it, hip-hop has made a cultural impact on society almost on the same level that rock music did when it showed up on the scene.

Like it or not, we were an expansionist nation at one time. It is part of our history. Why would we hide it? What would be next? Hiding slavery?
Look, every country out there has some history they aren't proud of- just ask Germany. Hiding this history is one of the most dangerous things you can do. You MUST teach the bad with the good. This knowledge isn't dangerous for the fragile little minds of our children- it is a STRENGTHENING. If you know where you came from, you have a better chance of getting where you are going, and without repeating past mistakes.
Good or bad, history happened. You cannot change history, you can only lie about it and hide it. Denial of information is nothing short of being a form of mind control. We need to teach the TRUTH, no matter how painful. Even if history gets in the way of your modern agenda, which I'm guessing is the reasoning here, it must be taught. Period.
In my past writings, I have tried to wake everyone up to the things going on around them- things that will have or is having an impact on their lives. Most people choose to keep their heads in the sand and "go along to get along." Fine- let the government control your every breath. However, this one is impacting your children. It is taking knowledge away from them that will be useful in their futures- maybe even after we are dead and gone. They are our next leaders. What kind of history will they have to look back on to guide them?
By denying our children true and accurate history, we are dooming them to repeat it. Who knows- maybe that is the plan...
Take education, for instance. Did you know only two States are largely responsible for what is taught in the other forty eight? Those states are California and Texas. It may sound far-fetched, but it is most definitely the truth. The reason is simple, if you think about it; those two States are the largest buyers of textbooks. The folks who make textbooks are a business. They don't just produce whatever your school wants to have added- they mass produce textbooks. Naturally, as any other business, they lean towards what their biggest customers want and the rest are forced to go along. It's not personal, it is strictly business.
Of course we all know California is a screwed up State on many levels- financially, socially, politically and morally. They have been screwing up history books for years. Our saving grace has always been Texas. Texas has been a bastion for love of freedom and American values. Because they are so different than California, and because there are multiple companies producing textbooks, our schools have been able to choose the "Texas versions" over the "California versions." It has even been a plus the last few years, since California is so broke, they haven't purchased many new textbooks.
Well, BAD NEWS, folks. The Progressives have penetrated Texas, and the history books are about to be rewritten yet again. This time, it is going to be BAD. The Texas State Board of Education, comprised of only 15 people are about to vote on making some revisions to what will be included- or omitted- from their textbooks. Make no mistake about it- whatever new history books come out of Texas WILL filter out to the rest of the country within a few short years.
Are you sitting down? If not, you might want to, because I am about to let you in on the proposed changes. If you are a true American- regardless of your political alignment- you will be furious. History is history- you shouldn't change it, regardless of what happened. For your reading pleasure (gag):
* Probably the most alarming proposed changed is the removal of the word "American," and in it's place putting the words "global citizen." You read that right. I've been catching heat from the left about my views on global government, but even the left would have to admit that this looks fishy. We ARE Americans, for goodness sake! What is the purpose of this, if not to steal the pride of being an American from our children?
* Strike another one up for those who want to remove God from our culture- they are going to vote to remove all references to Christmas. I know there are those who think religion should be separated from education, but there ARE historical events associated with Christmas. For instance, do you remember WWII, when the Americans and the Germans in the trenches laid down their arms and celebrated Christmas TOGETHER, then resumed fighting after the festivities? This is an important lesson, because it teaches humanity above all, even in the face of combat. How about recent history? The underwear bomber chose Christmas as his day to attack, er, to TRY to attack. Let's not forget the fact that you cannot argue away the importance of God during the founding of this country- His name is all over our founding documents.
* Speaking of religion, while voting on removing Christmas, they will also be voting on including the Hindu holiday of Diwali. You know, because of the huge impact this holiday has made on our society. Note the sarcasm here.
* They will also be voting to remove references to Daniel Boone, General George Patton, and Nathan Hale. Can you imagine why they would want to do this? There must be some reason why they don't want our children to know that, throughout history, there are people who have risked their lives for the freedom of others. Could it be that if our children grow up without people like these to look back on, they will be less likely to rise up for freedom in their own time? That's the only reason I can think of- if you have a less ominous explanation, please share!
* How about removing Columbus Day from the textbooks? I'm not sure how far this one goes. They mention removing "Columbus Day," which is a holiday, but I could gather no insight as to if they were also considering removing the whole historical experience of Columbus. Either way, you have to wonder why.
* They are also considering the inclusion of the cultural impact of hip-hop music. This one I am OK with, as long as the cultural impact of rock and roll is still included. Like it or hate it, hip-hop has made a cultural impact on society almost on the same level that rock music did when it showed up on the scene.
